Organic Wholemeal Rye Flour is a stoneground flour crafted from 100% certified organic rye. Its coarse texture and deep, earthy flavour make it ideal for bread baking, or baking biscuit recipes and cake recipes. Naturally high in fibre, organic wholemeal rye flour supports good digestion and adds a rustic character to your baking. With no additives or processing aids, and packaged in eco‑friendly paper, this rye flour is perfect for wholesome, sustainable baking at home.

This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
