The Doves Farm Organic Strong White Flour has been perfectly milled from strong, hardy wheat that is then sieved to create a soft foundation for your home baking. It is ideal for bread making, rolls and sourdough.

This flour is vegan-friendly.

Flour (wheat, calcium, carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
