Our gluten free plain white flour is a special flour blend milled from naturally gluten free ingredients and is a great alternative to everyday plain wheat flour. Follow one of our gluten free recipes or adapt a traditional recipe by adding a little extra liquid.

This product is Coeliac UK, Kosher and Halal certified.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
