Our white rye flour is a lighter rye flour that brings gentle flavour and versatility to your baking. Milled from organic rye grain and carefully refined, this flour delivers the distinctive character of rye with a softer texture and lighter colour.

White rye flour has a mildly tangy taste and smooth consistency, making it ideal for a wide range of bakes. Use it to create lighter rye bread recipes, enhance sourdough starters, or add depth of flavour when blended with wheat flours.

This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
