Originating in Mexico, Corn (Maize) is the largest cereal, growing to 3 metres plus. Corn flour is obtained by finely milling the dried whole corn kernels, giving a powdery flour. Used for thickening & binding in pastries, cakes and confectionery.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
