A beautifully handcrafted loaf. Full of delicious figs. The dough is enriched with black treacle and a little rye sourdough.

A brilliant loaf to have on the table, our fig bread is a great addition to a cheeseboard.

Ingredients

White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Figs (11%) (Dried Figs, Rice Flour), Dark Rye Flour, Pumpkin Seeds, Yeast, Salt, Barley Malt, Sugar.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
