Biona Organic Raw Virgin Coconut Oil is carefully pressed from the flesh of fresh coconuts to retain its wonderful flavour and nutrients. Naturally saturated and free from trans-fatty acids - it is not bleached, refined or pasteurised. Coconut oil is extremely versatile, use as a spread, in baking or simply for cooking as an alternative to vegetable oils or butter. Coconut oil becomes liquid above 24°C.

Our coconuts are sourced from the tropical island of Sri Lanka. The farm where our coconut products are harvested is rich in biodiversity. The families that run the plantation own cattle, who roam freely and whose dung, along with the coconut husks, acts as a fertilizer for the many species of other plants growing in the surrounding areas.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
