Grown by Peter Fairs in the fields of Essex, our quinoa is deliciously nutty and light. It's easy to cook and perfect for salads, as a side dish, in soups or for baking.

Lightly polished to keep the seed intact, our organic white quinoa has all the flavour and nutrition of the wholegrain seed and a creamier colour than more highly processed quinoa.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
