Just Natural Organic Coconut Sugar is sourced from only the best organic producers in Indonesia and packed in our purpose built facility in Southampton. With a caramel flavour similar to brown sugar, our coconut sugar is made from the nectar of coconut palm blossom. 100% pure and unrefined, coconut sugar is a great alternative to refined cane sugar and works great in hot drinks and bakes. Some coconut products (mainly from Thailand) are harvested using monkeys, but our coconut products are all free from monkey labour and certified by the Vegan Society. Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
