Pomegranate molasses is a thick ruby-coloured syrup, popular to Middle- Eastern cuisine, with a balanced sweet and sharp, fruity-tart kick that adds complexity when used in marinades, dressings and a whole host of dishes.

A staple to Persian, Levantine cuisine & dishes from areas around Middle-Eastern region, Pomegranate Molasses takes its name from the thick pouring consistency that resembles molasses, but is used traditionally as a ingredient to savoury dishes or as a condiment, and not as a sweetener.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
