Stockan's Orkney Thick Oatcakes are traditionally thick oatcakes made with course ground oats for a crunchy texture. They are packed with high fibre so are a healthy snack. They can be enjoyed on their own, can be sweetened with butter, honey or jam and make a great breakfast crushed up and sprinkled over yogurt and mixed berries.
