Delightful malted bread flour bursting with seeds perfect for loaves or rolls.

A bestseller, this combination of wheat flour, kibbled malted wheat, linseed, millet seed, poppy seed, sunflower seed and chia seed and a dash of barley malt flour is amazing and makes a delicious loaf of bread that’s most enticing. Also great for rolls.

This flour is made with carefully selected grain from local farms. It works well in bread machines or as a hand bake.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
