Wild Oats Organic Short Grain Brown Rice has an absorbent texture and a full flavour. It is ideal for risottos, paella and other rice dishes. It is richer and chewier than white rice and has a sweet, nutty taste. It is high in fibre and a good source of magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, thiamin, niacin and vitamin B6.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
