Castagno Penne Durum Wheat is 100% made in Italy. This pasta is made with 100% organic durum wheat flour via slow drying process at low temperature, which enables it to keep most of the nutrition and organoleptic properties of the grain. Castagno pasta are made with only flour and water. No egg is used. This make the pasta suitable for vegan and vegetarian. Unlike other pasta selling in the market, Castagno pasta separate easily and do not cling together after cooking. This make them the perfect ingredients for preparing any pasta dishes.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
