Also known as Pepitas, from the Greek word 'pepon' meaning 'cooked in the sun'. The flat, green, nutritious seeds can be used raw or cooked in both sweet and savoury recipes. Historically the seed was valued medicinally, as it contains many useful minerals such as Zinc and Maganese.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
