With a caramel flavour similar to brown sugar, our coconut sugar is made from the nectar of coconut palm blossom. 100% pure and unrefined, coconut sugar is a great alternative to refined cane sugar and works great in hot drinks and bakes. Some coconut products (mainly from Thailand) are harvested using monkeys, but our coconut products are all free from monkey labour and certified by the Vegan Society.
