Alana's Kitchen Pink Perfection Raw Sauerkraut is made using produce from as local as can be sourced, all the ingredients are purchased from Chi foods Organics in Bristol.

Alana lovingly shreds the cabbage in her little kitchen Magimix, and has perfected the art of cutting and feeding into the blade shaft so the cabbage is shredded as finely as possible.

Alana uses glass fermentation jars and usually ferments for 4 weeks.
