Barber have been in the cheese making game since 1833, from this they have a wealth of experience when it comes to cheddars. Using milk from cows that have grazed on the lush pastures of Somerset and Dorset, the West Country pumps proudly through their veins. The vintage reserve is aged the longest out of all their cheeses, kept for at least 24 months this cheese is complex and deep in flavours. It has naturally occurring crystals which give a crunch to this deliciously tangy cheese.
