Biona Organic Creamed Coconut can be used to add richness and flavour to many sweet or savoury dishes. It is not hydrogenated and has no added stabilisers or emulsifiers. To prepare homemade coconut milk simply dissolve 50g of creamed coconut in 100ml of warm water. Alternatively add a piece of the block to homemade curries or other sweet and savoury dishes for a deliciously creamy coconut flavour.
