Biona Organic Rye Bread with Pumpkin Seed is a wholesome bread that is delicious alone or with toppings. It is enriched with crunchy pumpkin seeds, offering a satisfying texture and nutty taste. It is also very high in fibre. This bread is great toasted and spread with fresh avocado and an olive pate, or try with houmous and grated carrot to create a delicious open sandwich.

This organic rye bread is baked using traditional artisan skills, including freshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with wholegrain goodness.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
