The GRAPOS organisation was initially comprised of 90 producers, growing to 300 the following year, and expanded to the 2,708 producers involved today - 772 of which are females. Decaffeinated with a Mountain Water process which helps to clear away about 99% of the caffeine originally found in the beans, this method of filtration doesn’t remove the flavour, aroma, and characteristics of the beans as a whole. It means that we’re left with a coffee that remains packed full of delicious flavour, with notes of rich caramel chocolate, lemon, and sweet honey.
