Clearspring Organic Kuzu is a thickening agent with a delightfully smooth texture and neutral flavour. It is naturally extracted from the roots of one of Japan’s most vigorous mountain plants. It is fat-free, sugar-free, and gluten-free. It is ideal to use to thicken soups and stews, sweet and savoury sauces, glazes and pie fillings.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
