Essential Wholefoods White Cous Cous is a perfect alternative carbohydrate to rice, potatoes or pasta. The small granules are made of durum semolina wheat, which is high in fibre. This cous cous takes minutes to prepare and can be added to many dishes such as salads.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina.
How to Use: Add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp salt to 250ml of water and bring to a boil, and then remove from the heat. Add in 250g of cous cous and allow to steep for 2 minutes. Add 2 tsp of butter and cook over low heat whilst stirring for 3 minutes.
