Linwood's Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin & Chia Seeds & Goji berry is a unique blend of 4 great seeds plus a twist of Goji berries, which provides great taste and many health benefits. This blend enhances Vitamin D and Zinc intake, which can help the body absorb calcium and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The core ingredient of flaxseed provides alpha linolenic acid (ALA), an essential omega 3 fatty acid that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and fibre.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
