Natures Aid Evening Primrose Oil provides an excellent source of the essential omega-6 fatty acid, rich in GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). This fatty acid must be obtained from your diet as your body does not produce it. Your daily dosage of two vegicaps contains 1000mg of evening primrose oil, giving you 80mg of GLA.

Your body uses GLA to produce hormone-like compounds known as prostaglandins. By increasing prostaglandin production, your body can support hormonal changes, thus providing relief from hot flashes and night sweats and reducing irritability and mood swings.
