Natures Aid 100% MCT Oil is a convenient and concentrated source of vegan-friendly medium-chain triglycerides, sourced exclusively from coconuts via fractionation. A triglyceride is a type of fat that can be burned for energy or stored as body fat.

Medium-triglycerides provide a better energy source than longer, more complex triglycerides like olive oil, as your body can break them down faster. As you can convert them into energy more efficiently, there is less chance your body will store them as fat. Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
