This pale ale is bottled by Sam Smith Old Brewery. It is brewed with hard well water, organic malted barley, yeast and organic aroma hops. It then goes through fermentation in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’, which creates a full-bodied rounded palate with a fresh maltiness. This ale is vegan friendly and is best served at about 11°C.
