With seitan and a little marinade, you can imitate any meats texture and taste, so you can enjoy all of the meat dishes you enjoyed before becoming vegetarian/vegan without any meat. This seitan is swimming in rich, flavourful tamari that gives it a bold soy taste that works perfectly in a ramen broth, chow mein, a stir fry or a whole host of other wonderful dishes. Both the seitan chunks and the tamari sauce are both free from nuts and dairy.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too. We also used their web shop which came well packaged and arrived in a couple of days, will definitely recommend and use again.
