Tired of feeling tired and worn out? Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It supports your electrolyte balance as the levels of electrolytes in your body can become too high or too low. An off-balance can happen through dehydration or overhydration from something as simple as sweating or vomiting and diarrhoea.

Magnesium supports the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
It’s an important mineral as it turns the food we eat into energy and makes sure the parathyroid glands, which produce hormones that are important for bone health, work normally. It should be noted that although you'll find the mineral in a wide variety of foods some people may need a boost with a magnesium supplement. The NHS advises 300mg a day for men aged 19-64 years and 270mg a day for women aged 19-64 years.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
