Viridians B-complex with extra riboflavin promotes adrenal maintenance for when times are tough. The B-complex vitamins help to convert food into energy, essential when life gets especially hectic. B vitamins are required for the release of energy from food, for the healthy function of the nervous system and for the production of hormones. B vitamins are also essential for good circulation, a strong immune system and healthy skin, hair and eyes.

Riboflavin functions in two important enzymes, flavin mononucleotide (FMN) and flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD). These enzymes act as cofactors for a wide variety of oxidative enzyme systems and are central to energy production, drug metabolism, and lipid metabolism.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Vegetarian cellulose capsule, Pantothenic acid (as Calcium pantothenate), Niacin (as niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Choline bitartrate, Inositol, PABA (para aminobenzoic acid), Viridian bilberry extract, alfalfa, spirulina blend, Biotin, Folic acid, Vitamin B12 (cobalamin).

Directions
