Woodlands Natural Goats Milk yoghurt is made from pure, local goats milk plus dried goats milk powder to improve the set. Goats milk yoghurt is a delicious alternative to cow and sheep products, and may help those with allergies or food intolerance. It contains live cultures: Lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgarius and strepotcoccus thermophilus which may help maintain a good digestive system. This exceptional yoghurt has a mild, fresh taste that is perfect on its own or with fruit or cereal. Its smooth, creamy texture makes it ideal for cooking or as an excellent alternative to cream.

Phoned the store for some much needed advice - as we were isolating - the Irish lady one the phone couldn't be more helpful and helped with all our questions, we put in a delivery order which arrived the next day with everything we asked for and a helpful card with what she recommended too.
